Terms of Service

These terms govern Chocola Feeds (feeds.chocolastudio.com), operated by Abraham González Madrid (NIF 44992498J), trading as Chocola Studio (“we”). Address: Carrer Estrella, 13, 08201 Sabadell, Barcelona, Spain. By using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service description

Chocola Feeds lets you connect an Instagram Professional account with Instagram Login (Meta) and obtain a JSON feed / cached images to display recent posts on websites operated by Chocola Studio or its clients.

• Meta permission used: instagram_business_basic.
• Does not include publishing, comment moderation, or messaging.
• Admin panel access is limited to authorized operators.

2. Who may use the Service

• Chocola Studio clients and projects with a provisioned site in the hub.
• The Instagram Professional account holder (or authorized person) who grants OAuth consent.
• Personal (non-Professional) Instagram accounts are not compatible with the API we use.

3. Accounts and Instagram

1. You must have the right to authorize the Instagram account you connect.
2. You comply with Instagram / Meta terms and applicable Platform policies.
3. You may revoke access at any time from Instagram or by asking for a disconnect in the panel.
4. Meta may limit, review, or withdraw app permissions; the Service depends on Meta APIs.

4. Public feed API

Each active site has GET /v1/feed/{site_key}, which returns metadata and cached media URLs. Treat site_key as an integration secret (it is not an Instagram token, but it can read that site’s public feed).

5. Acceptable use

You may not, among other things:

• Use the Service to scrape, redistribute, or resell Instagram data without authorization.
• Attempt to access other sites, tokens, or admin panels.
• Deliberately overload the API or sync jobs.
• Infringe third-party rights (IP, privacy, image).

6. Instagram content

Posts, images, and captions belong to their owners. The Service only enables authorized display on the client website. Chocola Studio is not the editorial publisher of content posted on Instagram.

7. Availability

We provide the Service with reasonable care, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change features or withdraw the Service with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Abraham González Madrid / Chocola Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, interruptions caused by Meta, hosting, or third parties, or misuse of the feed by the client. Total liability, if any, is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event (or zero if the Service is provided without a specific fee).

9. Data protection

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules say otherwise, the courts of Sabadell / Barcelona have jurisdiction.
